I have been to the physio this morning & some great massages & exercising Lydia the physiotherapist stuck these black lines on my leg & I had a mega pulse machine directly on the broken area of my leg for ten minutes.
My leg & foot are still very swollen so do hope it works!
I have been told to elevate higher, foot higher than knee & knee higher than hip so hopefully I will be able to wear a shoe soon!
Well Pat you may start a fashion with your stripy leg -- hope the leg yo will help with reducing the swelling -- and you will fit into a shoe for the wedding !
@phil_howcroft Ha ha Phil, the only ones I will have at my time of life I think! Just beginning to peel off now at the edges! The view from the side is even more impressive!
