Spoonbill Still Alone ~

We searched the three lakes to find hopefully, the mate for this lone spoonbill but, he/she is still alone..Loved those intertwined legs.

The breeding season depends significantly on geographical latitude. In the tropical north Royal Spoonbills breed Feb - May. Given the right conditions, Royal Spoonbills can breed any time of the year.... I have not seen just one spoonbill here on it’s own before.......
