These birdhouses are situated every so often along the New Santa Fe Regional Trail in Palmer Lake, Colorado. The New Santa Fe Regional Trail is a biking, hiking, and equestrian trail that goes from Palmer Lake north of Colorado Springs for 20 miles south and connects to other trails that lead down to south of the city.
