Quadcopter Flight

Kevin has been continuing to work on his Engineering research which he will take to Alaska. He built two UAV's (unmanned aerial vehicles). One is a small drone and the other is a quadcopter. Both will be used for conservation research. He is practicing flying the quadcopter here. Best on black. Thank you for stopping by!

This is so interesting! Our park ranger son once worked in Alaska (Homer). I'm speculating as to Kevin's work. Will he monitor the size of glaciers?

@ribbet9 they both have cameras. The drone will eventually go to Africa to monitor and study cheetahs. :)!

@cejaanderson The plane type drone will eventually be shipped to Africa to monitor cheetahs. The quadcopter he will be taking to Alaska to do aerial imagery. He's getting excited and will be leaving soon (Wed). Thanks, Jane!
