We live a couple of miles from the train tracks so we can hear the train whistle in the distance. It is something I love. I have always loved trains too! This shot is just north of the town of Palmer Lake, Colorado, a few miles north of where I live. I would really like to live in the house at the base of this mountain...LOL! Best on black. i live a couple of blocks from the tracks and love hearing them. at work i see them go by all day long and always check the amtrak to see if there any special cars at the end.
