I love that you can see the different layers and colors in the rock. This photo was taken between Grand Junction and Glenwood Springs. I love all the different areas and landscapes of Colorado. Not only is the rock pretty, but so is the striated sky. I had several foreign exchange students from Germany over the years, and I'm sure Annie will have a wonderful life experience there!
