As you can see I had some fun with Gimp and the picture of the cosmo flower that I posted some days ago (it's natural colour is magenta/pink). The fairy dust is made with a star shaped brush. In Gimp you can compose your own brushes. Very interesting to do even if it looks like the fairy was drunk when she flew over that flower.
My son went to a "iron boy" event this afternoon and he had a good time swimming (300m), cycling (11km) and running (3km). Actually the whole class went there and they had to cycle to another village first before they could start. One could say they had a good warm up!
I've been catching up with your most recent photos! This is a delight, Barbara! Some days I feel that between being busy & filling in the rest of the time with 365, I'll never learn some of the wonderful techniques everyone's using! This one's such fun...a little work of art!
