Ben and Sam were still in their pyjamas, and Jan was still in bed when I went for a wander to see if there was anything nice to photograph. It had been frosty, but the sun was bright and the frost was quickly receding and there were traces of mist.
As is usual, I took a few shots of my favourite view. It looked great with the mist settling in the valleys, but it is so hard to capture the beauty in a photo, and I have had mixed results. I was relatively happy with these. I have several similar with out the birds on, but I think that they add something.
These are the Wychbold radio masts near Droitwich, with Droitwich water tower, and the tail end of the Malvern Hills beyond, from the Lickey Hills.
