This is the culmination of the Palace of Culture and Science in Warsaw, called the spire. This is not the original ending. In the 70s of the last century it was converted into a transmitting antenna, which is still working. The clock known as the millenium began to function from the beginning of this century.

Such an interesting closeup -- I never knew! But how did you get it at only 100mm? Where were you taking this from? There's no other tall building nearby that I can recall except a hotel?
@jyokota Shot has taken from the car park just in front of the main entrance. I have a micro 4/3 system, then the 200 millimeter equivalent for full frame. In addition, frost came and caused significant refraction. I just noticed and used it.
It's a beautiful tower- although I think the addition of the transmitting system somewhat detracts its beauty. Still...I understand the need for it. Nice shot!
