Lingonberry

I love lingonberry jam but I have never made it myself. These red balls should remain on the bushes until the first frost. Then they are more sweet.

This a beautiful capture. I took pictures of our wild lingonberry recently, but they didn't look anything like this! Beautiful capture. I've never cooked with them, but I gather they are a bit like a cranberry.

Very pretty red fruits. I have never seen them growing, but have tasted the jam at Ikea. I'm sure homemade is better.
