Today was a bit rough. Woke up with the hip of an 87 year old, I think. Not sure - but lugging myself around the supermarket was a bit of a chore. Got home and realized that I forgot to get a "starch" to go with dinner. And yes, I was so indoctrinated on food groups by my Mother that I get a little twitchy if I am missing something. I dug three sad half empty bags of potato products out of the freezer and VOILA! - another gourmet meal by yours truly!! The kids were excited - go figure. I'm still trying to figure out why I bothered saving six steak fries for future reference...
