The Daly family has a tradition of fondue on New Years Eve. It is a broth for beef and now that I have the hang of remembering to make it up ahead of time, like I'm supposed to, I have to say I am more than happy to carry it on. It is delicious - and gives us an excuse to use our ridiculously fancy fondue pot...
