So I was planning to take the month of March off and start fresh in April for another year but today I saw something I just had to take a picture of. Apparently this 365 stuff gets in your blood.....
I am terrible with houseplants. As much as I try, there are always three or four poor dears sitting around that should be tossed in the woods or given a proper burial. The pot hanging in my kitchen window was one of those - I thought - until I noticed a little bit of green a couple of weeks ago. It wasn't until today that I actually peeked around past all the dead stuff to take a look. Lo and behold, LIFE! My first ever resurrected petunia. Finding it has made me irrationally happy. And this sight has certainly brightened an otherwise miserable day...
