Tumbler Island

I am finding it hard to believe that it is already almost a week since we got back from our vacation in Maine. So I am doing what any good person in denial would do and pretending I am still there.... :-)

This is the view from the back patio of our friends who were kind enough to host us in Boothbay Harbor. I probably could have happily sat on that patio for the entire week - and just watched the world go by... As it was, I took an awful lot of pictures of the spectacular view and the lovely picturesque rock out there known as Tumbler Island. So guess what my new mini denial theme is going to be for the next few days?

ooooh gorgeous! (And not an outhouse in sight!) What a view! WHat a yard! What a lucky family you are to have been handed an invitation, but I'm quite sure they consider themselves fortunate that you said yes and joined them!
