I decided to break in the new oven today with an old faithful recipe. It requires a 9x13 dish and I only just now remembered that mine met an untimely death on Christmas in a freak Pyrex vs. Wine Bottle accident. So now I have a brand new squeaky clean one - and a brand new squeaky clean oven! I know it can only go downhill and get messier from here so I am enjoying it for all it is worth.... :-)
