We got hit by the big storm today that bombed the East Coast. So far so good with just a lot of snowing and blowing - but they've already cancelled school again for tomorrow so the boys are quite happy - even after we made them shovel. There were a lot of birds at the feeders today - which always amazes me during such awful weather but I guess everyone has to eat. I managed to get this Cardinal pair looking less than thrilled with the lunch conditions while I sat inside warm and cozy, drinking tea. The temps are supposed to drop to ridiculous Arctic levels after the storm blows through so I hope these two find a cozy place of their own...
