The last reels of film we watched at my parent’s contained a lot of footage of my Dad as a boy and his little brother. At one point they were on a beach vacation at Daytona Beach Florida in the early 50’s - doing all the silly things that all kids do at the beach even to this day. You could tell - even in the choppy old footage - that my Dad was as undaunted as a child as he remains to this day. He was fearless and fun and completely unflappable!! So many great memories! So glad we all got a chance to enjoy them... 😊
