Yeah!!! I've finally stumbled across the finish line! I can't believe I've actually made it. I have absolutely loved this 365 year but I would be lying if I said it had been a breeze. It has been a huge commitment, a real struggle (time wise more than anything) at times but an amazing journey nevertheless.
Although personally I haven't moved much beyond the 'point and shoot' stage with 99% of my pictures being SOOC and 'processing' in my mind being a slight crop here and there or a conversion to black and white, the 365 community has taught me so much about potential and unending possibilities.
There are so many awesomely talented folk on here that its impossible not to be inspired. Its been wonderful to get a glimpse of other cultures, places only to be dreamed about and to view the world through other's 'eyes and angles'.
I want to say a huge thank-you to those faithful few who have stuck with me right to the end despite my frequent absences and compulsive back-filling!
I also want to mention all of those who have made up my 300 fav's on this journey. Those photos are a wonderful collection of inspiration, raw talent, pictures that have sparked a memory or quite simple touched my heart.
It's been a pleasure. All the very best to you all, old and new. Maybe we'll catch up again some day. xx
Oh well done Heather! Its been great doing this project alongside you and journeying together. I agree with your comments today about the inspiration on this site. I just had a look through your favs, a great selection, I often look through those I've faced and feel inspired too. Keep up with the photography, you have a great eye, especially for catching people in a natural way.
Congratulations Heather! It is a huge achievement and your last photo and title are very fitting to describe the journey! It's been lovely to share your project. I feel the time restraints too and wish I had more time to comment. Would be lovely to see you around on here from time to time of you don't want to commit to another full-blown 365!
Heather, I hope you still drop passed and get this, well done you, I am only a few days away now from my 356 and if I am honest am now begining to find it a bit of a struggle timewise as well. It has been a delight following you, take care and be happy. Cx
And what a fitting photo to finish it - the path continues!
