Bought a lot of mags & ref books since indulging myself to the world of photography...& not shamefully said that i just browsed thru them instead of study & understand the contents.
It just so hard when i'm so trigger-free with my camera shutter. I thought that every time i pressed the shutter, there will be a masterpiece created...which obviously is not.
I convinced myself the culprit maybe the camera, the lense, the lighting and so on...it never occurred to me that i am the main suspect...i am the guilty one...I don't see, i don't feel...i'm soulless, i'm just a GWC (guy with camera)...need to go back to my mags & ref books again...happy learning again...to myself.
Don't belittle yourself ...your pictures are great..not all of us - including myself - can be as good as some other 365er. ...but who cares ..we're having fun and doesn't that count?
Really cool shot, Hee!! I think you don't need all these books, though - your photos are always amazing! Just look for inspiration, and keep pressing the shutter! :-)
Love the editing. I feel the same way... the one thing I would love to learn, but completely intimidates me is Photoshop. Would rather play with taking shots - cause at least I understand a bit about it!
FAB pic Hee...learning is so darn hard I know....I have been trying to operate three different poor cameras and learn PS and all too often it's just too overwhelming..
