In the Willows

“It's my world, and I don't want any other. What it hasn't got is not worth having, and what it doesn't know is not worth knowing.”

The Wind in the Willows - Kenneth Graeme

The weekly theme from the 52 week challenge this last week - Vision: Classic Novel
Create an image that identifies a classic novel or story.

A bit of a weak offering, and a last minute 'plan b' option.

I may need to take a break for a few days this week. I don't want to , but it is looking like the sensible option. Apologies in advance, I will miss your photos.
We will miss yours too! Very peaceful scene and the book was a childhood favourite

There is no wind here but the willows are very pretty! Don't disappear completely, though - would miss your postings!

@taffy we have a number along the river down the end of our road. They are so lovely except when the council give them a drastic hair cut.
@jerome the calmness has to be drawn out of the busy town river front. But it is there.

@helenhall I realize now that you want to pause for a few days. What motivations you have... I'll probably do something similar soon.
I miss your pleasant presence, your beautiful thoughts, your empathetic nature.
