Weaving Exhibition by helenhall

Weaving Exhibition

Thought I would add a few from my phone in the gaps on my extras album, so as to avoid me carrying on for ever on the one theme. I was unable to continue on day two with my camera due to my poor packing skills and inability to recharge the battery.

The early morning dew on these cobwebs offered some tremendous opportunities, but I don't have the best of phone cameras. Despite that, I was able to capture parts of the weaving exhibition along the banks of the river estuary near the ferry. I delightful half hour spent in excitement of the scenes before me.
Don't knock your cell phone too much- this shot turned out really well!

I think this is a fabulous phone shot. A photographer friend of ours was once asked what is the best camera and he replied the one you have with you on the day.

An absolutely brilliant image - forget what camera was used and view as it is: inspired composition working hand-in-hand with golden liquid light have produced a superb Autumnal image. the detail of the web is to die for..

The web seems to be curved - such a clever spider to spin this one. The dew shows it off perfection.

Excellent image. Amazing. Highlights that the camera is only the tool, and it is the photographer who holds all the keys.

@olivetreeann you are right - I was surprised
@domenicododaro cheers. I appreciate that.
@moonmtn yes it did! Thanks.
@onewing so true
@jorlam glad you enjoyed. It was a good morning to be out.
@flowerfairyann yes - it was curved. I guess there was a lot of competition for the web space and the spiders were being extra creative.
@wag864 Thank you. Only a tool, I agree. Although sometimes the right camera can help!
@suzanne234 Thank you Suzanne - bearing in mind the full display, it just seemed to be the most appropriate title.
@adayinmallacoota thank you Belinda.
@fotoblah I did my best with the options before me.
@cruiser thanks Chris.
@ziggy77 cheers Jo
@gardenfolk Ill bear that in mind (I did have a couple with the spiders in place!)
