We are not for moving

Making a bit of an effort this afternoon, I spent a while in the local community herb garden with the camera, but it hasn't been a day for inspiration and nothing really grabs me as right for today.

A couple of days ago I indicated that I would follow up my decapitated dragon fly with something more cute. I'm not sure I am in the mood for cute, so I have picked a slightly starker image as a compromise.

I liked the reflected reeds in this, but just cant help wishing I could nudge those ducklings a little bit higher to balance the composition though!
So lovely and a bit quirky - in a good way. The b&w is great and also the verticals in the reeds and reflections.

I love this shot. Mom seems to be in that terminal state of momness where she wants one thing and the babes are having none of it

This is so adorable - Mum on watch and the ducklings having forty winks. Like it very much Helen.

You have certainly got your ducks in a row, albeit not quite behaving as you would like. Great reflections and comp!
