As we wondered up the road after coming out of Owen's Improv Musical performance, we reached the roundabout at the centre of the Royal Mile and it seemed that people were waiting expectantly.
Within seconds, we heard a roar and then saw the tiny specs of a formation emerging on the horizon. A few seconds later and they were in full view and creating a stunning spectacle before passing over our heads and then gone.
A happy way to conclude a happy hour. Much of what we chose was heavy and hard hitting material, peppered with a few good musical interludes and the hilarity of the improv musical from Warwick Theatre Students.
I think I am hooked on the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. How convenient that my sister lives in Edinburgh and her sofa bed is rent free!
Superb capture Helen, what great timing!! This must have been so neat to see in real life. I am glad you will get to attend this again since your sister lives there :)
