British Summer Time No 4: Keep your eye out for a good picture
I think this is the last I will post from BST for now. Everyone wanting to catch a piece of the action in digital - this rather amused me.
Having a rather tiring week, and after an unexpected diversion this evening, my free time to catch up has gone. Fatigue and headache dictates that I must leave the screen for now. Bear with me! Ill be back.
This is really funny and a great candid! So sorry to hear you're under the weather. I hope you were able to take it easy and make that headache go away.
Hilarious shot! So sorry to hear you're not feeling well, Helen. It was a good idea to leave the screen, get some rest, and take care of that headache. Hopefully, you'll feel much better tomorrow. :-)
the broad smiles indicate a good time was being had by all.. no one's photographing the costumed person next to them, all looking elsewhere/everywhere.. a fab street shot and quite a statement of the state of play today..
@suzanne234 too much to choose from! @olivetreeann thank you for your kind comment and good wishes. I woke this morning still with the headache, but not so bad now thank you. @cruiser yes, I often wonder just how many megabytes of images are captured at an event like this. Too much for sure! @maggiemae thank you Maggiemae. Feeling somewhat better now. @gaylewood thank you for your kind words. I don't like it when I am lagging behind so much in this project - it seems so unfair to post and run. @jorlam thank you so much. I think what I liked best was that everyone was smiling as they pointed their devises to record each other.
Yes... It always amuses me that that so many people choose to watch live events through their mobile phones while recording it than just relaxing to the moment and enjoy/experience it 'live' and in the moment... It can't be the same on a 3inch screen, surely? Or am I just old fashioned? 😁
hope your headache was quickly eased..
