As I nod off in front of the computer, I am unable to tell whether this plentiful blossom is all a bit much for the eyes.
I was out taking blossom shots on Sunday, whilst searching the river for the elusive Kingfishers, and traipsing through the freshly laid snow to sit in a hide from where otters had been spotted. Neither of these made an appearance, and even the Country Park regulars with their dogs were nowhere to be seen. The car park - normally heaving on a Sunday afternoon - was all but empty.
unbelievably we have blossom on our fruit trees at the moment! i think after the storms we had when the leaves got windburnt they grew back and thought it was spring
It's very pretty but personally I think the bokeh of the background fights with it. I don't know if you can tone that down or not. I still like the blossoms though!
great shot
