The pretty refraction photos were taken from the other side of the glass, water-filled, bowl but for this shot, I conjured up my angriest face and stared right through the glass. Is this what the goldfish see when we peer in to look at them?
I had other plans for my Self Portrait week but right now, I'm feeling rather grumpy about the lack of time I will get over the next few days to put my plans into fruition.
Clever response Helen, I can see you! and I hear you about the lack of time.....Hope your plans all go to plan anyway and that you get some time for yourself too.
@stephanies@suzanne234@adi314@flowerfairyann@gaylewood@francoise@moonmtn@carolmw@ivan thank you all for stopping by to comment. this was a bit of a mess I realise, so kind of you to think of something to say! For the record, it is my belief that the top left of the photo shows my grey hair, the mid left is my right eye (magnified by my powerful glasses lens in that eye) and the bottom left you see a row of teeth. The glass bowl I have has swirls of distorted glass in it, so I'm not surprised you were struggling to make things out!
@redandwhite Catherine, there were not any goldfish in the bowl - I was just speculating. The anger is prompted by me not having time to carry out my original plans for an anger photograph! The face is distorted in the extreme - but it is there!
