So we are back to my river abstracts. The light was strong this morning and there were plenty for the taking.
Any pedestrians that survive the walk-through described yesterday, are rewarded a couple of buildings later, with another walk-through, this time courtesy of Piper Scaffolding. All part of the urban riverside delights which have opened up since the new Riverside development and much ridiculed footbridge completed just over a year ago.
Turns out, that it isn't such a bad space, with most of the units being occupied by quality restaurants and plenty of people taking advantage of the footbridge.
This is what I think of as an 'almost abstract'. My favorites of such are where the non-abstract is like a silent partner. You notice it, then you don't, like how stop noticing the frame of a painting. Excellent.
I love your abstracts. I have checked out the ones I have missed while I was away, but haven't got time to comment on them all. Struggling to catch up at the moment.
