I wasn't happy with my pre-prepared yellow shot which featured some rather limp looking elastic bands, and so nipped out into the garden this morning and plucked a few flowers from the forsythia bush. It seemed an appalling thing to do so soon after the bright yellow display has appeared, but needs must.
Nice yellow, very pretty and gentle image. :) I know what some of my pre-planned shots are like...hahahaha. They will not see the light of day, but they do get me thinking about colour.
I love Forsythia bushes and was trying to get one to grow in my lousy soil. The deer- who are not supposed to like it- have stripped it at least two times so I'm fearful it won't bloom again. We'll see. Good shot!
