So this week I decided to have a bit of fun with the colour sliders and see how easy it might be to deceive.
I can't tell you what I have learned from this except that it doesn't always pay to play around with the colours - especially if you are looking for a completely new colour scheme.
It is perfectly possible to buy red pears, and they look a lot tastier than this one.
ha well your narrative gave me a little titter. i rather like this jaunty piece of fruit. the only thing i might have done would be either to have space under the pear's bottom, as at the top, or have the stalk going off the top edge as the pear's bottom does. not a sentence i have often had cause to write. hope you don't mind the intrusion ;) your calendar grid is shaping up quite beautifully
@pistache I don't mind at all. In the rest of my series for this week, I have done as you suggest and had space under the bottoms. But it has involved some heavy editing in order to remove the narrow vase on which the fruit is perched. I thought I could get away with chopping this one off - but that was clearly wishful thinking. Thanks - I don't mind constructive criticism at all.
Great calendar btw
