Early morning poppy (colour)

They blow over very quickly these poppies. The seed pod here is that of the flower I shot on Monday, just four days ago http://365project.org/helenm2016/365/2016-06-06.

I didn't notice the little flying creature until after I'd taken the shot. I thought it added something (but perhaps it's just a distraction?)

I don't think the insect distracts. The colours and variegation in the poppies is beautifully captured.
