...and Trouble Ahead. Not much traffic on the A14 as we head into a psychadelic sunset on the way to a gathering of the clans for my sister-in-law's birthday. Just a few minutes later, a sign appears saying the road is closed. We follow a detour that ends in a grid-lock, give up and set off on a circuitous cross-country route. Amazingly we arrive only ten minutes late and have a lovely evening. (Don't look too closely or you'll see how dirty the windscreen is!)
Ah the infamous A14 closure! Saw the signs for that on the M25 heading for Suffolk from Mumin London. Oh no I thought just what I need! Luckily I came off before the detour. Lovely shot! Sometimes when I'm driving I see lovely photographs...pity we couldn't have a camera embedded into the car body!!
