The village school has an outdoor swimming pool that has been there for over 35 years. A few years ago it was given a facelift with new decking and changing rooms - with lots of help from parent-volunteers. I love the bright yellow and blue paint. The children have their swimming lessons there and then they can swim after school and at weekends too. It was another very hot day today, so Will was happy to have a good splash around this afternoon. Sadly the pool is finally nearing the end of its life and we are now busy raising money to replace it next year.

Ooo, lovely, looks just like a beach hut, v good colour choice! Just read that Will is in a brass band, would love to see him marching along drumming his drum, can't wait to see the pics....making me smile already!!!
