We arrived in Kefalonia for our sailing holiday and after settling into the boat, headed into the square in Lixouri for gyros pittas, cokes and Mythos beers. It was early evening and at this restaurant, the chairs were all still lined up in the bright sunshine and the umbrellas furled. The fabulous pink of these chairs was competing with the bougainvillea all around!
