Sunrise Over The Exotic...Recreation Ground

I took this on 19th Jan but thought I'd pop it in here to fill this empty space in my calender - there have been so many beautiful sunrises this month. I was walking through the village to pick up my friend's dog Pip to join the pack for the morning walk (with 4 dogs to walk I'm starting to feel like Cesar Milan - maybe it's time for the roller skates?). What looks like the vast expanse of the Serengeti or Kalahari in silhouette is just a water-logged football pitch in a Cambridgeshire village..

@miranda oddly it wasn't that early - just after 8 am - I suppose technically it's not sunrise, just low morning sun - but that didn't sound so catchy!

This is really nice :o) I think I might get myself a dog, then I might be motivated to go for long walks and take more pictures! Just need to convince the hubs :o)

@judifff a dog would be great for training for that charity walk too! The downside is a house full of dog hair!

Training? haha Ohhh yeah, that biggy walk that I crazily signed up to do? I have plenty of time to train dont I? ARGHHHHH NOOOO I DONT!! Ooops!

I really must get my finger out, but ohhh **thinks of another excuse** Ummm.... :o)
