Mac arrived home from his trip to Malaysia and Thailand early this morning (his taxi from the airport following the dustbin lorry up the road, which was a win-win situation for me as I'd forgotten to put the bins out last night and he was able to do it on his way in. I did feel a twinge of guilt that he'd come home to such a demonstration of dereliction of domestic duties but I soon got over it!
Having called in to see Richard and family in Thailand, he came home bearing artwork, including this stunning picture by the talented young artist Lana Moss - I particularly love the crow falling out of the sky at the top (I have a feeling this could be deeply symbolic of something, but I'm not sure what!)
Three Good Things
Mac safely home, of course (not to mention I didn't have to run downstairs in my pyjamas to put the bins out!)
We've booked our flights for Thailand in the summer and even got to use some air miles.
Badminton with friends who are far too nice to tell me how badly I'm playing!
Fabulous!! Lovely colours - I think English children are working in grey tones at the moment! Not sure about that falling bird - perhaps its doing aerial displays.... Good old Mac - such a pain when you miss the bins! Thailand in the summer sounds great - we are waiting on the kids to tell us when they have a free few days to come on holiday with us!
Hi Helen, thought I would join in the 365 fun again!! Love this work of Art, and yes that crow is fab!! I have a drawing by the same artist!! Beth and Dan are also heading over to Thailand in the summer but maybe before you, they going end of June for about 4 weeks.
