The skies over Cambridge were a solid blanket of white cloud throughout the window of the eclipse. As soon as it was over, the cloud dispersed to reveal a magnificent blue Spring afternoon. I tool the dogs for a walk from Eversden over the ridge to Wimpole, and was impressed by this great new graffitti on the water tower at the top. It's a definite improvement!
