Well done, Johanna! In all my years of cooking and eating this cake, I have never seen it presented with a rose on top. Makes it that much more visually appealing. Now you too have the secret to the best cheesecake in the world.

@gilbertwood I think you follow Jane Anderson and she took a picture of the recipe and the amazing story that is in her family archives followed. \i was inspired to make the cake and then take a picture of it for Jane and Mannie who are closing
