I saw this butterfly in the garden yesterday so I sneaked up and whilst I aimed my camera at it, it opened it's wings and flew off.
It's a Citrus Swallowtail, quite common around here.
Our Citrus Swallowtails are very different. This is a real beauty and a gorgeous capture. Love the background, perfect contrast for the butterfly's strong colours. Fav.
