Ari was sleeping in the tipi today, and for some reason had all the cat nip toys around him. He looks like a thug in this picture, guarding his turf and slinging the 'nip. :D
Had a question from a comment you made about fake HDR. I like it and would like to learn it and would be interested in understanding what you mean by fake and real what do the both of them look like. And how does that correspond to the program Photomatrix. Is there a better program out there for doing HDR?
Real HDR (still played out in my mind, sorry, I guess I like like stuff looking fairly realistic) is done combing 3 (usually) photos all taken at different exposures. Most people I know use Photoshop for it. Real HDR (nicely done in my mind, too): http://relaunch.eckig.ch/uploads/pics/HDR_Wald.jpg
Different strokes for different folks. I don't like how cartoony and just fake HDR (real or fake processed both) looks. Subtly done, though, it can be beautiful. Few people know what subtle is and usually goes overboard.
oooh i see what you mean difference wise. I had thought the fake one was really how it was done and that it was done the 3 different exposures being combined so i wondered why my attempts never turned out that way but i see why the real looks better. thank you for taking the time to look up examples for me.
