Spotted Woodpecker

He was sat at the bottom of the garden getting a bit of sun while he could.
Beautiful. Is this an acorn woodpecker?

@helstor Thanks Helge I guess I was lucky he was about 10 mtr away, hope he calls regular now he has found the peanuts.

I have got a male great spotted woodpecker who now brings his 2 sons with him and they seem to like suet pellets, suet balls and sunflower hearts as well as the nuts
