This is my husband and boys getting ready to go to the midnight opening of The Hobbit last year. The sequel comes out in a few weeks (Dec. 13), so they are already contemplating what to wear (probably the same thing they wore in this picture). Nov. word for today is family.
They look Great - Im just about to read the hobbit for the first time ever!!!! For your get pushed challenge I would like you to do a long exposure shot....of anything you want....Im just off now to the fairy woods!!!!
When my son was a toddler we nicknamed him the hobbit because he had big feet and liked to eat several meals every day - come to think of it he hasn't changed much.
@gypsy6 My camera is not so high-tech. Unfortunately, I can't do a long exposure. Any other ideas? I'm hoping to get a better camera for Christmas. The one I use now is pretty much just a point-and-shoot.
@homeschoolmom ok. I had a point and shoot before I got my DSLR. I did get some good photos on it but god dslr is so much better....here is hoping santa brings you one :) Well I was a millitary kid so I would like you to take a photo which sums up your life in the millitary. BTW I still cannot settle down in one spot. :( And I do have an obsession about boxes!!!
@gypsy6 Well, considering a house full of boxes at the moment, that shouldn't be too hard! LOL! We have moved twice in the past two years and will move again next summer, so we only unpacked the necessities.
Love it! I often joke that my children have Hobbit feet.. but they don't need any costuming to pull that off..they got my husband's short/wide feet! I will check out your camera features before deciding on a push for you! :-)

@dh My middle son is the same way. He eats a ton and it all goes to his feet!
