@randystreat Haha! You have no idea. We actually considered just tearing it down. None of the posts are the same length, only some of the side railing reaches the deck, most of it stops about 18 inches from the deck. And, there is a small side deck. And, to top that off, it sits in the middle of the yard. I think that previous homeowner greatly overestimated his construction capabilities. LOL!
