Memorial Day isn't about the start of summer or our first chance to grill hamburgers. It's the time, as a nation, we stop to remember those who paid the ultimate sacrifice to secure our freedoms. I took this picture last night as I was leaving worship practice at church. The sun was setting behind a memorial to our church's only member not to return from this current war.
