It rained this afternoon, so we decided not to go to Ft. Bragg since we'd be out in a field in the wet sand. We went to Chapel Hill to a shopping center for their fireworks. Had great fireworks, but they left the parking lot lights on. The fireworks weren't high enough to get good pictures without the parking lot lights interfering. There are some advantages to being in the middle of a wet field, I guess.
