Found the blue heron out at the little pond again today. I can't believe it let me drive right up beside it and take this picture. I was only about 5 feet from it. I even got out of the car and took some pictures before it finally flew to the other side.
What an interesting shot. The wataer bokeh in the background adds great texture. The bird's neck! Whant an unusual angle. Makes my throat hurt! Well captured.
