Today, I taught the Photography Merit Badge to 8 Boy Scouts and 1 Sea Scout. I sent them outside to take a variety of photos required by the merit badge, including shots from different perspective, DOF and light sources and nature and actions shots. I found them doing this, peeking over the bushes to take pictures of the Camping Merit Badge. So, I made them move in closer, come out of hiding. Next thing I knew, they were standing closer to the road, taking photos of the cars going by for their action shots, inhibitions gone.
