Cooking

My hubby is going to visit his parents on Monday, so I'm making a bunch of food for him to take to them. My MIL is in rehab while her ankle heals. Often, my FIL doesn't eat well when my MIL is not home, even though he does a lot of the cooking the last couple of years. I made vegetable soup, chicken and dumplings, sweet and sour chicken, fried potatoes, meatloaf, baked chicken, shake and bake pork chops, lasagna, penne alfredo, fried cabbage, Mexican lasagna, spaghetti and meatballs, sausage potatoes and eggs, dressing, baked corn and scalloped potatoes. Out of this, I make 5 big meals for my hubby and his dad to eat next week and 16 individual meals mixed from various things I made.
My goodness! Those all sound delicious and ever so convenient and helpful.
