I got up at 4 a.m. this morning to take one of my church GALSS to a surgical center for her surgery this morning. I snapped this pic to send to our other GALSS right before they took her back. So I spent the morning watching Netflix and crocheting in the waiting room. She was released to go home around 9:30, so we stopped for breakfast before I took her home. After picking up her medicine and taking her car back to her house (with help from my son), I finally got a nap around 4 p.m. I am not a morning person, but I'll get up early to help out one of my GALSS. Her husband is still recovering from back surgery, so it would have been very hard on him sitting at the hospital all morning.
