That's my six word story for today. I heard and felt these two birds flying over my house this afternoon, so I grabbed my camera and headed outside to catch a picture of them. They are what are known as Americanus Armyus Choppterus!
@amandal LOL! Thank goodness, they were friendly, not angry. They carry some pretty heavy armament when they are in angry mode! Maybe that is what we heard (and felt) the other night at midnight. We thought it was artillery at Ft. Bragg, a half hour away. Maybe it was really these angry birds! LOL!
@ceilidh@digitalrn Thanks! @lynnilou Fun! We used to have a small airfield about a mile from us. They flew gliders out of it all the time. My kids loved to watch them tow them up and let them go. These guys fly very low, so they shake the whole house.
