Gone to seed

This magnolia flower has already lost it's beautiful petals, but soon this seed pod will dry and fall to the ground. I still can't get over how big they are. The seed pods are the size of my fist.

@lbingle365 They are soft and fuzzy here, but they will dry and nearly look like a pine cone.
